The University of the Philippines Manila College of Pharmacy continues to strengthen meaningful local and international partnerships that support its vision and mission in teaching, research, and extension services. From 2020 to 2025, the College established formal agreements with 19 partner institutions and organizations, including 14 international universities and 5 consortia or professional groups. These collaborations support faculty and student exchanges, joint research initiatives, international conferences, benchmarking activities, and scholarship opportunities for graduate studies abroad. Many of the College’s partners are based within the ASEAN region, reflecting its strong engagement in regional pharmacy education and practice. The College is also an active member of global organizations such as the International Pharmaceutical Federation Academic Institutional Membership (FIP AIM) and the FIP-UNESCO UNITWIN Centre for Excellence, which provide opportunities for networking, leadership, and international collaboration in pharmacy education. In addition, the College participates in the US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortium, expanding its academic linkages with institutions across the United States and Southeast Asia. The College’s sustained commitment to internationalization is reflected in its consistent signing of new and renewed agreements each year, several of which date back to 2017. These long-standing collaborations demonstrate the College’s ability to cultivate enduring partnerships that contribute to the advancement of pharmacy education, research, and practice in the Philippines and beyond.
