

The College has multiple lecture rooms used for instruction, research, and extension services. These rooms are the Maria Cruz-Tancinco Audio-Visual Room (1F), Hizon Room (1F), Lecture Room 2A (2F), Lecture Room 2B (2F), and Silver Room (4F). The rooms are equipped with audio-visual capabilities including televisions, microphones, and drawing tablets. The rooms are hyflex (hybrid-flexible) ready allowing the conduct of classes, seminars, and meetings accommodating both in-person and online participants. Two classrooms have been equipped with smart classroom capabilities with features such as a recordable LED smart blackboard with interactive touch technology, a panel that can record handwriting notes as e-content in multiple working modes, digital sound devices, ceiling mics, teacher and student cameras with autotrack, and a teacher monitor.



- Quality control area equipped with fumehood, moisture analyzer, tap density analyzer, sieve shaker, and hotplate stirrers;
- Solids Area equipped with sigma blade mixers, V-Blender, oscillating granulator, tabletting machine, and millers;
- Liquids/semisolids Area equipped with Heidolph mixer, Homogenizer, filling machine.



This complex provides a model teaching-learning environment for basic and advanced training in the responsible provision of drug therapy for optimum health outcomes. Its facilities support a wide range of instructional activities, including:
- Pharmacy Simulation Room – Students simulate and demonstrate day‑to‑day community, institutional, and hospital pharmacy operations such as patient counseling, medication dispensing, monitoring, screening services, and other pharmacy practice functions.
- Training Center for Pharmacy Immunization and Practice Model Development – The facility also serves as a specialized venue for skills training in pharmacy‑based immunization services and the development, demonstration, and evaluation of innovative pharmacy practice models.
- Case Room for Small‑Group Discussions and OSCEs – The case room provides an environment for small‑group discussions, case‑based learning, and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE), supporting both formative and summative assessment of clinical and professional competencies.

An instructional laboratory for intended for Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry Laboratory Courses equipped with chemical fumehood, hot plates, vacuum filtration setup, 6-row heating mantle, UV Transilluminator, melting temperature apparatus, and analytical balance.

An instructional laboratory for Pharmaceutical Toxicology, Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences Laboratory, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Laboratory Courses equipped with chemical fumehood, hot plates, refrigerated centrifuge, and drying oven.
Medicinal Natural Products Chemistry Laboratory

An instructional laboratory for Pharmacognosy, Medicinal Natural Products Chemistry, Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences Laboratory, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Courses equipped with chemical fumehood, hot plate, rotary evaporator, electric hot plate, hot plate with magnetic stirrer, analytical balance, pH meter, vortex mixer, ultrasonic bath, Thin layer chromatography (TLC) visualizer, drying oven, 6-row heating mantle, and a muffle furnace.

This laboratory is used for pharmaceutics, biopharmaceutics and cosmetics laboratory classes. It is equipped with a chemical fumehood, top loading balances (2), analytical balance, hotplate stirrers (3), electric stoves (2), mesh screens, capsule filling machine, lipstick mold, suppository molds (2), tablet mold, pH meter, and drying Oven.

Anatolia Panlilio-Feliciano Pharmaceutical Assay Laboratory

This is an instructional laboratory for Pharmaceutical Analysis, Instrumentation Analysis, Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences Laboratory, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Courses. The laboratory contains the following equipment: chemical fumehood, drying oven, analytical balance, hot plate with magnetic stirrer, electric hot plate, and solid-phase extraction (SPE) manifold.
Inorganic Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory

This is an instructional laboratory for Pharmaceutical Analysis, Instrumentation Analysis, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Courses. The laboratory contains the following equipment: water distiller, chemical fumehood, analytical balance, and electric hot plate.


The room houses the High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) platform, equipped with TLC visualizer, computer, and automatic dispenser. This room also houses the multi-wavelength microplate reader equipped with Ultraviolet-Visible light and fluorescence detector. The room is primarily used for experiments in undergraduate and graduate courses that require TLC analysis.

This room houses the High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS) machine. The machine is equipped with a desktop computer, battery pack and nitrogen gas generator. The is an instructional laboratory, primarily used for experiments that require HPLC analysis. The courses conducted in this room are Pharmaceutical Analysis, Instrumentation Analysis, Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences Laboratory, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Courses.

This is an instructional laboratory which is biosafety level 2 (BSL-2)-ready. This is primarily used for Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Instrumentation Analysis, Graduate and Undergraduate Thesis Courses. The laboratory contains the following equipment: drying oven, incubator, analytical balance, refrigerator, autoclave oven, biosafety cabinet class IIA, and microscopes.

The facility contains 18 desktop workstations equipped with software that is used for data processing and analysis: Statistical analysis, Molecular docking, Simulation demonstration and online laboratories.


The Emilio T. Yap Auditorium is a 70-capacity two level-auditorium. This auditorium hosts multiple college and university events, meetings, and large classes. The auditorium is equipped with an audio-visual system, a LED wall, stage, restrooms, and chairs.



The UPCP Library provides quality support to teaching, research and extension services of the UP College of Pharmacy and the University of the Philippines system. The library consists of reading areas, computers, and a collection that consists of print and non-print books and journals, audio-visual resources and online resources in the following areas: pharmacy, the pharmaceutical sciences & allied fields such as chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug development, discovery, and other related topics. It regularly updates and acquires its resources to support the programs offered by the College.
