Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Director of GlaxoSmithKline Philippines, Inc., Mrs. Nievales plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and availability of essential vaccines and innovative products for asthma. Her expertise and leadership in regulatory affairs have been instrumental in facilitating the registration process with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), thereby ensuring the timely availability of these critical healthcare solutions to the market.

Gigi’s impact extends beyond her role at GlaxoSmithKline. She has served as the Chair of the ASEAN Pharmaceutical Research Industry Association from 2014 to 2016, fostering collaboration and driving regulatory harmonization within the pharmaceutical industry across the ASEAN region.
