He has developed comprehensive training modules and competency assessment tools for pharmacists and pharmacy support workforce, in collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Philippine Pharmacists Association (PPhA). Mr. Legaspi’s commitment to excellence in teaching has been widely recognized, as he has received multiple accolades for Lasallian Teaching Excellence. Furthermore, Mr. Legaspi has actively contributed to the advancement of public health through his role as the Chairperson of the PharmaCEASE smoking cessation advocacy of the Philippine Pharmacists Association from 2016 to 2022. His efforts in promoting smoking cessation and raising awareness about its detrimental effects on health have had a significant impact on public health outcomes.

Additionally, Mr. Legaspi serves as the Public Relations Officer of the Pharmacy Preceptors Guild of the Philippines. In this role, he works closely with fellow educators and preceptors to enhance the training and development of future pharmacists, nurturing their professional growth and ensuring their readiness to deliver patient-centered care.
